I cannot access VSB guide

I have been trying to access the attachment in the guide post but dispute my post count I cannot see the links. It's a closed topic that I cannot reply too which could be a problem.
Help?

If you using Internet Explorer browser, then you need to install Google Chrome or Firefox browser to get it, cause everything works normal on site side, also did you check here: http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/28810-Complete-Guide-to-Theme-Building to download it!?:peace:
