Hello MR.GRIM. Priority thank you for your start menu hack. My english is poor.

I install windows 10 10240 and made theme a little.

But always placeslist exetended is problem.

What is problem?

How to cusmtomize placeslist exetended ?

Please help me.

Try deleting the inherent properties from the Basic Start menu places list.

Here is a theme I am working on with a working start menu, still having a problem with the places list button though, I cant seem to change it, still it might be of some help.

How to delete or edit inherent properties?

inherent properties list click - delete property click - Don't delete.

You will need to delete the properties in Start Menu > Panels > Basic > Places List > Panels > Places List, also a tip to select multiple properties to delete, use shift key select all the properties and then you can delete more then one at a time.

How to customize the image?

You will need to remove the color from the top part of the frame.

Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Top

The other one is Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Toolbars & Headers > Items View Header > <default>

Either make it a fill color, or select BGType: None or make it a transparent image.
