text colour with buttons

Hi to all! I am begginer to all this! I want to change the black text colour and the selected buttons ( i dont know if is buttons or tabs etc. :ρ) Where can I find these? Thanks in advance.

For the dropdown button: Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Boxes > ComboBox
(change the images in there)

The tabs: Lists, Menus & Tabs > Tab > TabItem
(change all the different states)

The black text can't be changed.
