How can I get the dark blue spinner

I installed the HUD Evolution for Windows 8 on a Windows 7 virtual PC just to see what happens and I noticed something very interesting. After I installed it, the aero loading spinner (during the shutdown and login proccess) was dark blue instead of teal. That looks really awesome.

I would install HUD Evolution for Windows 8 but I already have HUD evolution for Win7 installed, and the start menu started being glitchy on the virtual machine after I installed it, so I don't want to risk anything


So my question is how can I change the color of the spinner on my main PC without installing HUD Evolution for 8.1 on Windows 7 (already have HUD for Win7 installed).

If you're talking about getting the blue loading cursor on Windows 7, the HUD Machine icon sets will do the trick.
