system properties text color windows 7 sp1

Is it possible to change system properties text color windows 7, I believe this one area is source for a lot of black text within my theme. Please tell me that is.

Out of my own experience, the answer is no. That text color, along with some other in the OS, can't be changed from black. You'll have to adjust the background instead.
