Some more new forums and sections

Hi all again lol

I have added a few more forums and sections to try and organize the board better and make it easier to find stuff.

You can find the new sections here mostly for Windows 10

I have made a few posts and moved some of the board posts that belonged in those sections already so anyone that gets a system message of a moved post knows why.

I am still finishing off a few projects myself I will continue at times to move posts into the proper places I would hope that the Windows 10 users could start making posts in those sections for apps, and tricks and such that they like or use :kaioken:
