I created a new image for use with Taskbar Color Effects in MrGRiM's Windows Black Edition theme. I call it blackgrad. I hope everyone here likes it.

Image size is 60x40 so it will have to be scaled to stretch in Taskbar Color Effects. For best appearance make sure you have the theme set to show color on taskbar, start, and action center
