i'd suggest you update your win 10 rtm aka th1 aka 10240 to win 10 th2 aka 1511 aka 10586.

There is an extras folder with the theme, in that folder you will find a very old program called Taskbar Color Effects, you will need to use this program and the supplied Taskbar images with the program.

Sadly this is the only option at the moment for Windows 10 as MS removed the option to theme the Taskbar using the msstyles, hopefully Tihiy will make a better solution.

If your using SiB (Start Is Back) I will making an update of all these themes very soon to add support for proper Taskbar skinning.

Sadly I don't. I like my start menu. I might for this theme and the hud theme. Used the Hud theme for windows 7 and loved it. At least for now my windows look cool and I get the cool sound effects.

You can still configure SiB to open the default Start menu and still use the added features that it gives you, also if your using the trial version after 30 days it still continues to work, it just wont populate the pinned and recent programs list, all programs still works though.
