I made this post because I think most people, when you apply a pack of icons (installable or theme iPack) generally change all icons except 2 icons are (Quick Access and the onedrive).
Looking found a solution by alexgal23:

1. When you have created the respective icons rename them (Quick Access.ico and OneDrive.ico) respectively, and paste them in C: \ PerfLogs

2. Copy text (Keep it for later pasting, if it does not show where it says "select the registry key")
if u SO is x86:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{679f85cb-0220-4080-b29b-5540cc05aab6}\DefaultIcon
if u SO is x64:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{679f85cb-0220-4080-b29b-5540cc05aab6}\DefaultIcon

3. Run RegOwnershipEx.exe (x86 or x64)

4. Click Take Ownership (x86 or x64 depending on your SO)

5. Use the reg file to change new icons:
OneDrive-New.reg and Quick Access-New.reg

6 To restore default:
OneDrive-Default.reg and Quick Access-Default.reg
