Great job on this theme neiio. I'm really enjoying it. I do have one request though. Can you possibly make a UNITY 2016 AIMP4 skin to go with this? If so that would be awesome.:peace:

Is this "November update" the same as 10586? Basic question, I know, but I've fragged my windows install more times than I care to remember, lol.

Also, loving the plasma version for this! I'll install it on Netrunner when I have some free time later!

Yes it is. November Update = Build 10586 (aka v1511)

I got a real n00bie question and short story haha.

I have reinstalled Windows for 393278429 times last few weeks because i fccuukk Windows up time after time :greedy:

Back from factory settings with Windows 8.1 again and again to Windows 10. Before i need to reinstall windows AGAIN!!! I want to ask you guys if i got the right working version installed. It says Windows version 1511 build 10586.104

IS this the correct version? Than i can check 1 of many failures of my list :peace:

It should work on both 10240 And 10586 (AKA 1511)

The build I'm using is 10586. http://e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/smile.gif

Just tested this, and the same theme file folder work with both the RTM (build 10240) and build 10586 1511 TH2 so you're good. :Smile: Interesting he was able to do this, it's the first theme of it's kind I've seen.

Seems to me these themes are the same. Tried the regular theme and Firefox theme version to compare using a fresh install of Firefox. Looking at the comments on DA, others say the same thing.


I did notice 1 thing that Firefox theme I can't see any changes, do I need additional extension or plugins to see effect of theme on firefox.

I also noticed this; it's not just you. The Firefox StartisBack theme doesn't do anything, and using the normal StartisBack theme breaks a few things about Firefox.


Great Theme! Wouldn't the "Firefox Version" be the real version? since is the same than the older but with a fix?

Can someone with proper permission please provide me with some UNITY 2016 timedate.cpl files to use with this theme. I already have the old timedate clocks thanks to Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4 but I still need the timedate.cpl files designed to match this theme. I would be very grateful if someone could provide some for me.:peace:

I Think i mixed up a very little bit of all of your themes and got the job done! I call it Neiio's DASHNITY2016BYANOOBPROJECT haha. I am very happy with the result myself after hours and hours of clicking and not really know what the ^@#! i was doing to be honest but take a look :greedy::

Only thing i cant get right are the drive icons and the taskbar icons. Taskbar icons i just keep them the way they are. To difficult for me to get them right. But do you maybe know what went wrong with my drive icons? And bu the way with all the ather icons like map icons etcetera.. Do i need a special Ipacks or whatever?

But just now i did a reboot and now it is stuck again. It is stuck on the round logo made outlook of dots with the text reboot underneath it. AGAINN!! The circle still moves after about an hour but wont reboot my PC. Maybe you guys have tips for me organisatie advice maybe that could be a solution to this annoying problem? Any help again would be great :) Sorry for this i don't know what to do so i ask the Pro and do not know who else i should ask this talented with computers and there problems.

Had you patched your system and already applied a theme - did your PC reboot successfully then? When you installed the iPack that Darkwater409 (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/280551-Darkwater409) specified, did you uninstall the previously installed iPack that you were using?

You can try accessing the advanced startup options to reset your PC.

This happens to me occasionally too. Hold your power button down for about 10 seconds to make sure computer is shut all the way down. Then restart.

ok, now i have a question. I noticed this theme has a Litestep skin as well, but I've never used Litestep before and am having hell trying to install it properly. I have Windows 10 TH2 and am using UxThemePatcher to allow 3rd party themes. Can someone please tell me what I have to do to properly install Litestep? I need detailed step-by-step instructions please.

Yeah you should uninstall one of them.. maybe even both and reboot.. then install the one you want

It just happened again!!! Through safe mode got into windows. I deleted the ipack. Reboot the pc. Nothing! Can not get to the logon screen.. I really dont want to lose everything AGAIN, by reinstalling Windows and downgrade all the way back to 8.1. I'm out of ideas and sad that i dont know how to fix it.. Maybe you guys are willing and be so polite to help me some how? Maybe have got any ideas i could try or even better the one golden solution?
