14251 isue

I dual boot. 14257 works great with Mr. GriM's Black aqua theme he ported for me, which included an aqua scroll bar. I clean installed 14521 and I can not make it work! Uxstyle and themepatcher, take ownership, copy files..3 dll's and theme files...and it won't work. What have I missed?

The theme is loaded? What errors do you have applying it?
I think is not the stable release (which is 10586 th2 here) but a slow/fast ring one, and I'm likely sure won't work with uxtheme.
Probably the best chance is to rollback to a stable one.

However, you should try to uninstall uxtheme and restore the file you modified, and then try the procedure in this (http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/70555-Uxstyle-and-Theme-Signature-Bypass-for-Windows-10-TH2-AKA-1511-AKA-10586) post.
Maybe it will work on that release too..

No errors. It may well be 14251. My other installation would not update to 251, but did update to 14257. I forgot to copy the esd, so I clean installed 251. I'll wait for the next version and try again.

Don't do all those extra steps to patch just use UxStyle and drop the theme/theme folder in the regular location.
