There is a registry hack to disable immersive menu included.. as well
as the font i used for taskbar

I seen that he didnt have Aero Glass installed.. i wonder if that could be the problem with the blue too

Can you post a screen shot of the problem.. circle it so i can see. Is explorer blue?

Hard to circle it, but the explorer start as a white window..then when you put the mouse on top and move it down, the white turns grey and stay that way

Ahhh.. Immersive "menu" of course.. Testing in 2min.. brb
