How do I apply the WMP theme? I'm not sure where to put the wmploc.dll file.

Nevermind on this one. I figured out how to apply the wmploc.dll file, lol. Honestly, I can be so dense sometimes, lol.

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this, but is there any way you could make the blue bar in the start menu size itself based on the size of the icons? I'm accustomed to using small start menu icons but the blue bar only fits on large start menu icons. Here's a screenshot of the start menu set to small start menu icons for reference.

Simply put, I use small icons because the large ones are a tad too bulky in my opinion. So I would really like it if the blue bar in the start menu was also able to be resized with the icons when it is set to small start menu icons.
