Not sure if im posting in the correct area, my apologies.
I own two motorcycles a 67 triumph chopper & a harley fatboy with apes,
Anyway was wondering where do i go to learn how to create window 7 theme. I have many ideas but do not know where to start.
Could someone please give some information ? I'm retired and looking to do something on my computer and done graphic images for over 20 years
