Spotted an issue with the start menu. Apparently the hover effect image is sized wrong on the small start menu icon setting. Here's some screenshots for reference.

Thanks for pointing that out dude, it has been fixed.

Update 1: Fixes an issue with the programs list hover icon not displaying properly when switching from large to small icons on the start menu.

Update 2: Fixes an issues with un-readable fonts in the icon resizing dialogue box in Windows Explorer

I have the theme all ported to Windows 10 [19H1 through 20H1] just have one problem because I have not done any ports in a while.

If someone can tell me the WSB location to position the time on the taskbar properly in WSB I can get this theme posted ..... see the screen cap below.

No that did not work, used to work there in Windows 7 not anymore in Windows 10 , my settings are the same as what is in your screen shot anyway.
I thing GRiM would know what it is, I seem to recall having the same issues some time back, and if I remember correctly the setting to move the position of the time is somewhere in WSB that you would not even think to look, just cannot remember where it is. I usually keep notes on this kind of stuff, but I never wrote this one down and I cannot find the reply that GRiM sent last time it happened.
