I do not understand all the TH2 10586 and so on, Please explain

So I see all these themes, I love Mr Grims Poison them and want it installed on my win10.
I do not understand whats being said from all his win10 downloads as 10586 Only!!

Can someone please explain to me what is all up and how to determine what or how I can install for my win10 system. Im running latest updates and all
I goto Properties and just know Im running win10 pro.
Im askin for advice before trying to install anything so I dont screw my system up.
