explorer background not working

i tried to find a patch for the explorer.dll problem its a fix what Mr.Grim made for tsp7 use.
as in hud premium theme in the backgroound are stripes or however i have to say this in proper english my background is just plane black.
can any one help me out to get this "patch" or fix it was here on teh forum and cant find it anymore.

Download one of the icon packs from here http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/59492-HUD-Machine-Series, it has the option to install explorerframe.dll as well as many other great stuff.
