I was hoping someone coulp please help me with a start button edit. Here is the start button

Basically, I want the bottom image to be used for all three states. I've been having hell with GIMP on other images and am pretty much fed up with it. If someone could please edit this one for me I would be very grateful. I have a headache from hell right now, lol.
