i updated 14393.5 to 14393.10 which i have in vm which already had the fiber green ipack and dhjohns new auto-installer for grim's black themes and had no problems upon the required reboot. took a look around and everything looked just fine. i could find any missing icons or anything wrong with grim's theme on 14393.10.

I've been using iPacks for as long as I've been testing insider builds of RS1. There was one build somewhere in the middle of the insider builds before it was released where I had a problem executing some iPacks. Ever since there have been absolutely no issues, same as TH2.

i'm using dhjohns all-in-one auto-installer so uxstyle as it's part of the all-in-one package.

I know he says it works with other themes besides the Black themes but it doesn't. I'm working on porting some themes over to RS1 and his all in one does not play with other themes, after posting this I installed the ThemeSignatureBypass and uninstalled his all in one and everything works right now.

I was just trying to play it safe and didn't know if there was one certain theme patcher everyone was using.

I found that Uxstyle works on Windows 10 but sometimes when you go to change themes it will stop working, this has been the same thing I have experienced with Uxstyle since Windows 7, a restart will normally fix it but it becomes very annoying when you are testing themes in WSB as it says there is a error in the msstyles, that's why I also install Theme Signature Bypass as well and then I don't have any issues, if your not changing or testing themes all the time then Uxstyle is fine to use on it's own although I still believe it's a good idea to have both even if you are using BM's TSB as you never know when MS may change something that could break either one of them.

now that rs1 is out maybe it's time to post EVERYTHING that's need to theme the anniversary release. starting with the theme patchers/signature bypassers proper install order. then like SIB and ONE, and whatever else in a recommended order of install. then maybe a not at the bottom letting peeps know these are ONLY recommendations.

2635599 (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/177825-2635599) what's wrong with the information currently available in Grim's Black Edition thread? Also, I doubt the order in which you install any customization apps matters...

You will need to use OldNewExplorer (highly recommended), SiB and Aero Glass are also recommended but the theme looks great without them.

Tools you may need:

Updated: ONE version 1.1.8.1(OldNewExplorer) (http://tihiy.net/files/OldNewExplorer.rar)

For best results use these settings.

Works fine on RS1

Aero Glass for Win8.1+ v1.4.5 - change log (http://www.glass8.eu/out/changelog81.txt)
Works but needs updating for RS1

Installer (32-bit+64-bit Windows) (http://virtualcustoms.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=71754&d=1450737758)

Shemhamforash (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/280089-Shemhamforash) actually with the patchers it does matter which order if you're going to install more than one. i believe grim as well as myself found that out the hard way. plus we should have a thread that doesn't name any of the themes, less information to have to read through. that post doesn't mention uxthemepatcher or signature bypasser. also every time i look for theme signature bypass i keep coming up with links to glass8, so an actually link to the down load would be great.

While you may be right about the theme patcher order of install having an effect on some pcs, I personally haven't had that problem before. For the other apps, it shouldn't matter what order they're installed in. Uxthemepatcher is dead, but UltraUxThemePatcher apparently is working on RS1 at least since the last time I checked the website. I kind of think it would be repeating some information already written a few times throughout the forum. If someone has a problem with UxStyle I'm sure they could search and find the answer which is to install a second patcher. Usually UxStyle would be the one to install first. That's just my opinion though, and I wouldn't have a problem with someone posting a list of apps to install.

A link to the download for Theme Signature Bypass is no problem I've been using this installer since I first saw it posted:
