The language window text on the command module is in Styles > ControlPanelStyle > BodyText

The disabled text is Styles > ControlPanelStyle > ContentLink > Disabled

The Address Bar background is in:
Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Rebar > NavBar > Aero > Normal > Active > Background
Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Rebar > NavBar > Aero > Normal > Inactive > Background
Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Rebar > NavBar > Aero > Max > Active > Background
Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Rebar > NavBar > Aero > Max > Inactive > Background

Looks like you're using Internet Explorer in this screenshot. If I'm not mistaken, Internet Explorer doesn't fully take on the system theme's appearance. I think it might require it's own custom skin (or whatever the file is called) for it to fully match the system theme's appearance. I may be wrong though. I've simply never known Internet Explorer to be fully themed simply through the system theme.

IE doesn't skin well, thats as good as your going to get it, I don't even care about how my themes look in IE as it's been irrelevant for me ever since I started using Windows, there are far better browsers out there that you should be using.
