Here is a light theme project I am working on

If you use Start Is Back there is a dark start menu and taskbar

Included with the theme are dark Command Bar icons
and version 1 of my new dark icon ipack.
The Command Bar icons are for English-US only and
install instructions are included,if you have ever changed a time\date.cpl
then you should have no problem with changing this.
Thanks to Mr. Grim for telling my how to get these changed
The icon pack is a mix of Dark Token and my Grey Folder icons
It is version 1 because there are a few icons I would like to add and
a couple of things I would like to change. Version 2 should be out later this week
Let me know if there needs to be any changes with the theme or the extas
