Hello,
I was wondering if anyone here might be willing to create a Steam skin based off of neiio's G.O.A.T. Project? I got permission from neiio to look around for someone to create it. [It's proving to be an all time favorite theme for me, lol]. If anyone here is willing to make it [or knows someone who is and can please ask them to], I would greatly appreciate it.
