Hey, I couldnt find a private message section anywhere so Im just going to ask straight in here. Is there a lightweight high contrast or atleast fully black theme for w7?

To install windows 7 theme you need to first .......

1st, Download and install Universal Theme Patcher.

2nd, Run a Program called Theme Resource Changer.

3rd, You need to download the theme you want. You will need to put both theme files in C:/windows/Resources/Themes.

4th, Apply theme.
