I recently installed a theme from http://www.suck-style.net/2016/07/theme-windows-8-1-re-zero-kara-hajimeru-isekai-seikatsu-by-bashkara.html. The theme work with Win8 and Win10 but according to the page screenshot the taskbar should change according to the theme but it doesn't.

Here are the tools I use:
1. UxStyle for windows 10
2. OldNewExplorer
3. Astyles 8.1 Theme Patcher
4. StartisBack

Hi, I tried out the theme in Windows 10 build 10240, and the start menu is applying fine. What build are you trying to run this theme on? You may have to open StartIsBack configuration and manually select the start menu and click apply for the start menu to be applied. Here are some screenshots for you:

Edit: On the newer versions of StartIsBack++ the taskbar automatically gets skinned if you select the theme's start menu. So if your start menu is changed, the taskbar will change as well. Just make sure you are using the latest version of StartIsBack++. :peace:

Thanx a lot man!!! Updating StartIsBack solves the problem.

One final question... How do you get the transparency effect on Explorer like the theme should be?

As you can see mine still look like Win10 and this gave me cancer.

To add the glassy effect to Window frames you need to use Aero Glass v1.4.6. To remove the blur from the frames you need to set the blur effect radius to 0 in the Aero Glass GUI http://www.glass8.eu/download (http://www.glass8.eu/download)

Installer (32-bit+64-bit Windows) (http://www.glass8.eu/files/setup-w8.1-1.4.6.exe)

Testing version of GUI application to modify Aero Glass parameters (http://www.glass8.eu/files/AeroGlassGUI.7z)

Custom start menu not showing up in startis back. furthermore, file explorer not changing to custom theme. I am running Windows 10 Version 2004 Build 19041.450. Attempting to install HUD Apocalypse for Windows 10 Version 2004. 7tsp GUI patcher not working. Manually installed all icons. Custom theme installed cursor, sound and background ONLY. Startisback is installed properly, but never shows custom theme skin. Any accurate advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just to be sure, did you patch the system to allow 3rd theme at all? Usually after upgrade to newer Windows version/build it comes back to unmodified state and should apply the patch again. If I read your problem well, then your custom theme NOT applied any where, either Windows explorer, applications windows, Startmenu... none of them got skinned, right? That really looks like the system wasn't patched to allow 3rd theme.
