Wasn't sure how people here would react to a Windows Longhorn-inspired Visual Style, so I figured there was only one way to find out!

Also I just updated the OP to mention the beta release from a couple of months ago. It's kinda outdated and doesn't represent my latest work, but meh...it's still good, I guess...

is there any chance of allowing peeps to port it to 10?
Windows 10 is kind of a funny issue...ideally I would port it myself, but I don't really want to have to deal with 10, between the Taskbar thing and the updates. That having been said, having someone else to deal with it for me would be a near-perfect solution!


...with a few conditions, that is: I'd want to know it's happening, and I'd want to stay in contact with that person, preferably via...idk, Steam or Skype or something, for sake of of topics such as updates, keeping the two styles consistent and in sync as development proceeds, ways to improve the style and "fill in the holes" for things 10 has that 8.1 doesn't, etc. .___.

Same goes for 7, with the sole difference that the primary incentive not to port it myself is that it'd be such a pain to do it. Seriously, why aren't there any backwards import scripts for WSB? .-.

Wow, I feel really stupid now - it just clicked in my mind that when you asked if "peeps" were permitted to port the Style, you were referring to yourself...

...if that's correct, I suppose I should clarify that the released version of the style is a beta, and that while I've made significant progress towards completing it, there's still a long way to go, so it might be a good idea to wait until it's actually finished. If you decide against that, I should probably send you the latest progress. Also there are a few border-related gimmicks I made use of while testing the style in Technical Preview build 9841 a few weeks ago which aren't supported in 8.1 but (I would assume) work fine in 10 RTM and newer, so...there's that. Oh and source PDNs/PSDs.
