Windows 10 Volume Trouble? Hope Someone Can Advise Me How to Correct.

I have a USB Plantronics Headset. When I turn the volume down, it turns itself up until it reaches max. Turn it down again and it turns itself back up again. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong and or how to correct the problem. Thanks

good day gvbwv (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/228642-gvbwv) welcome to the forums. we a hope you find them enjoyable. now as for your headset volume issue. is the headset usb or bluetooth? if usb you should be able to shut them completely off, uninstall the driver from 10, restart the system, once 10 is loaded turn the headset back on and let 10 rediscover them and see if that fixes the issue. as far as bluetooth all i have to say is good luck getting 10 to dump the driver.
