How can i reduce taskbar height to 24 pixel.

I was using this (http://www.deviantart.com/art/Detail-Freak-for-Rainmeter-Detailed-System-Panel-517944086) theme on Windows 7. I edited it for my taste. Maybe i can start to do something on Windows 10 too. But i have to start from taskbar first. I have to make its height 22 or 24 pixel.

16 pixel taskbar. :). 20 is enough for me.

I think using legacy settings with showing small icons in tasbar and doing the same for toolbars if necessary doesn't require any special hack and is near your goal 24 px no?

No its nowhere near my goal. Default small icons taskbar height 30 pixel. Check ayymokos theme. That themes taskbar height is 16 pixel.

To the best of my knowledge, you can make the taskbar as high as you want but 32 pixels is the smallest you can go, Windows default is 40 but you cannot go smaller than 32.

BUT, when customizing, nothing is really impossible .......

I downloaded and looked at ayymoko's theme that you keep referring to and it looks to me that he is using the standard Windows taskbar 1pixel wide x 40 pixels high, stretched, you may be able to achieve a thinner taskbar by playing with the sizing and content margins ....... not sure, never tried to tell you the truth, never had an interest in a really thin taskbar.

Have you tried contacting ayymoko on DA to maybe get an answer? Or download the theme and open it in WSB and use the same settings he uses to see if you can get the same result.

In small icons you can go down to 16

You can probably go smaller in both but the icons will get cut off.
adjust the last 2 numbers of the content margins until you get it to your liking.
They need to be negative as shown
