Font Text color question

Take a look at the screen below, is there any way in WSB to change the font color on the window frame without changing the font colors in Explorer? Every time I try, it changes the whole color scheme in Explorer which I do not want, just want to change the font color on the Window application frame and thats it.

Yes I am still tweaking this Solar Flare theme, just a couple of spots aggravating me, one being the taskbar, I want something nice that will pop and not just a basic black but I kind of suck on taskbar designs. If anyone has a design or design idea they want to throw into the mix I would be more than happy to entertain them!

Good Idea, but I was hoping there was a way to do it in WSB, reason being is that not everyone uses Aeroglass.

Font has to be light enough or else it will turn white. I have Aero Glass disabled in this screen
