hmm I think

1 is located at :

Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics >windows text for run dialog description

No that is not it I already have it selected to another color than black and it does not change that text, I have found all the locations 2- 4 listed above, I just cannot find the Run dialogue text color, nothing I seem to do changes it.

ok the point 1 is a bit tricky lol ( remembered used that before )

delete property " fill color" at
Explorer & Shell > Shell > TaskDialog > PrimaryPanel
then it will take the color you set to windows text " at Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics

I didn't get a themed window at all, what browers are you using?
Also if I had to guess I would start with Explorer & Shell>Shell>TaskDialog>SecondaryPanel

Using IE, it is not Explorer & Shell>Shell>TaskDialog>SecondaryPanel , both image and fillcolor do not get it.

the only thing that u needed to modify is in the part of "BGTYPE".
change IMAGEFILE > BORDERFILL...and try again

try this.
> open photoshop
> creates a png image (width = 20, height = 10)
> fill it with the color u want
> replace and test

a way to test if it only occurs in IE.
go to WSB> options> click on the "help" button (a dialog box appears that shows the secondary panel)

I think it is only IE, replacing the image did not help, I still get the white footer that pops up but clicking on the help button in WSB renders the box correctly.

Not a problem, you have done more than enough, besides I honestly think it an IE problem so I am just going to let it fly. Thanks so much for the help!
