go to here (in WSB)

Explorer & Shell > Explorer > control Panel > NavigationPane > NavigationPane Background

and modify this image

I found that background but i want to change "HUD" bitmap in this. Do you know where is it?

if its not in the theme's folder then it would be inside the actual theme file (hud.msstyles)
it should be in there somewhere together with that 1st image that you changed

the hud theme's are by mr grim and are all on here. that upload on that site is not from mr grim. i suggest you find the above theme here by him, and then edit your above post to remove the link to the external download site. thanks
