Vista Style Avatar Frame?

I have found a nice Vista Style for StartIsBack but there is just one thing wrong with it....the Avatar Profile picture is Windows 8/10 Style instead of Vista/7 Style. I have a StartIsBack Windows 7 Theme with the proper Frame and I tried my best to replace it with VSB but I can't figure it the F out. Can someone please fix this? I'll upload the two themes if anyone replies to this.
