How To
You'll need your system patched with UX Theme Patcher.
Ultra UX Theme Patcher:

You'll also need 'Start Is Back' to apply the start menu & taskbar style & 'Old New Explorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:
a.Extract the contents of the theme folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
b.Use the Personalozation Panel shortcut included in the zip.
b.From Personalization select the theme.

cant get theme to work other custom themes i have even rven rs 1 themes wotk with no isssue on 1703 butt not this one lmao

like angel960 (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/261036-angel960) themes ever one of them work with no issue same with the original hud blue hud red and hud green work butt the rs 2 hud blue theme works with no issue
