Windows 10 RS3 16193 (ONE and StarIsBack)

i dont know if all fallowing Windows 10 Builds, but last update RS3 16193, StartIsBack not fully working cuz of new neon transparency in taskbar and ONE blocking explorer and not working anymore.

and no screenshot for ONE cuz with ONE installed explorer not opening or sometimes opening with blank window and stuck.

strange seems like ONE working again on 16199 o.O (only ribbon need a fix but nothing hard to fix)
and i could fix SIB for now so im sure its eZ for tihiy to update it. for now...
