How To
You'll need your system patched with UX Theme Patcher.
Ultra UX Theme Patcher:

You'll also need 'Start Is Back' to apply the start menu & taskbar style & 'Old New Explorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:
a.Extract the contents of the theme folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
b.Use the Personalozation Panel shortcut included in the zip.
b.From Personalization select the theme.

Is annoying when u do a theme that looks great in Win 7 but not in Win 10, I mean the transparency in the "TOP FRAME" that almost always have to be modified to make it look 90% similar to the original.

yeah man ..tell me about it... one my main things for this theme was the top frame transparency ..& look it now!!! zip-zero-nada-no can do...:unhappy:..anyway thanks mate
