In WSB .......

Explorer & Shell > Explorer >Items view > listview > groupheader line

You can either remove the graphic or recolor to blend in with the background, I would do the later being as I do not know what the repercussions would be of removing the graphic.

macacaldo (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/302309-macacaldo) you'd be better off downloading HUD Apocalypse or buying HUD Machine Red, looks like you might be using a pirated/modified version.
