How To:
You'll need your system patched with UltraUXThemePatcher.

UltraUXThemePatcher:

You'll also need 'StartIsBack' to apply the start menu & taskbar style & 'OldNewExplorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:

a.Extract the contents of the theme folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
b.Use the 'Add Personalize Classic' registry file in zip to add option to desktop right click menu.
c.From right click menu go to:
Personalize(classic)>Theme settings
& select the theme.

Additional:
Check the 'SIB Settings' screenshots included in the zip for theme specific settings in StartIsBack.

i would love to give it a go .. just to be clear since you mention dll what exactly is needed to theme media player other than replacing bitmaps or png's( just taking wild guesses here..totally noob at this)

Yeah, I remember that one. Still my fav foobar setup. I wanted the win media player one since win media player detects all of my media types [images, music and videos] and plays them properly. I have some that even Kodi is failing to detect for some stupid reason.

As for what is needed. I haven't a clue tbh. You might need to get some help from one of the people here who have made them before. I know MrGRiM made a few and gsw made some to go with some of his themes. Maybe one of them might be able to help you with that.
