Changelog:
Fixed taskband items metrics(thanks to Nilukio (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/315239-Nilukio) for reporting the bug)
Replaced the old task item buttons with new ones.
Replaced window close, restore & min/max buttons with new ones
Fixed window shadows to match window frames(Now looks much better IMHO)
Added a Logon screen to the theme zip

How To:
You'll need your system patched with UXThemePatcher.

You'll also need 'StartIsBack' to apply the start menu & taskbar style & 'OldNewExplorer' for windows explorer to look exactly like it is in the screenshot.

Installation:
a.Extract the contents of the Theme folder & copy them to:
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
b.Use the 'Add Personalize Classic' registry file in the zip to add option to desktop right click menu.
c.From right click menu go to:
Personalize(classic)>Theme settings
& select the theme.

Additional:
Check the 'SIB Settings' screenshots included in the zip for theme specific settings in StartIsBack.

Hi, did u know about a bug icons pinned in taskbar? In the first moment they are diplayed in perfectly distribution but after openned any window/program, they was bugged and show itself by half...

actually no, i don't know about this & I ran this theme myself on my machine for quite some time.. did not notice anything of such sorts... if you don't mind, could you possibly attach a screenshot of the bug?? it would be easier for me to identify where the problem could be...

yup !!! got it... but it only happens when the default win 10 taskbar & start menu is in use... as in no SiB which is why i missed it till now.thanks for bringing it to my attention.. ill fix it & then re-upload theme.

Btw I got a little problem with my Startisback. I've follow the SiB setting in the zip file but the problem still exist. I'm using StartisBack++ 2.0.9

don't do that.. ill check on my side to see where the problem is.. ill post back later

also check sib settings to see if you are using large icons on programs menu.. from the screenshot it looks like that but either way ill need to fix that if so..
