Your system must be patched to use 3rd party themes-I am using Ultra UXtheme Patcher
The newest version of Old New Explorer should also be used
StartIsBack can also be used with this theme if you would like
to have the Windows 7 style Start Menu and Taskbar

But that link is old from 2013. Theres a link to d/l the OldNewExplorer but again its from 2013 and made for win 8 so i dont know if it'll work in win 10. Any thoughts?

That's the latest version, lol. There's no version newer than 1.1.8.4. Also if you look it says last edited April 3, 2016 which is when the latest version came out.

Hi Nimbi. Appreciate the answer. I got a theme that i downloaded. I just need to change the font color to white throughout the theme. Could you please do this for me since I'm not that versed in theming? Heres the link to the theme:
