Help Needed To Fix Display Issues In Version 1607

Please excuse me in advance If I incorrectly label / title something wrong for I am a amateur theme installer lol

Okay so I have installed the theme along with the icons and folders but I have issues with the displays
of notepad, properties, delete file, etc. I will be posting visual examples so the issues can be seen
clearly.

I would like to have this start menu from my windows 7 in Windows 10, any way possible?

I also would like to be able to view windows explorer the same way I do in 7 for 10, is this also possible?

3. Did I install the hud blue theme and extras folder correctly? Here's a picture of how I installed it:

4. I also have the same theme and folders & icons installed on Windows 7 and everything is working smoothly
on 7, what i wanted to know is will the following be added to Windows 10 if not already released:

5. Finally I have a start button display issue in Windows 7, can anyone tell me how to change it back to
the theme start button? I think this may have occured during an update in which it just turned into
the default Windows 7 button:
