System fonts with shadow?

I use dark theme everywhere so sometimes, on some apps, fonts are barely readable - like bright red/dark blue/black on dark gray.
Wondering if a nice font with a shadow - gray, I guess - exist to enhance readability.

Hotshift is already rendered quite good.

So, should I disable cleartype in windows or software still use it?

Cool,I leave cleartype but you could play around with the setting if you want

Here, the best is something between CRT profile (which has too big white shadow. Yellow should be fine) and Hotshift (which sometimes miss to "paint" the shadow on black/black).
So I did an hybrid between the two profiles.
I'm using manual way which is really faster so I'm using mactype on few apps while I'm using standard cleartype on most of them.
