Min-max-close

I only have one small niggling little issue. When I open settings I am still getting the old classic min-max-close buttons. Is there something I can do to have them properly skinned? Or is this one of those "by design" (in their words) microsoft things (like the Clock and date font on the lock screen) that can't be changed? Any help much appreciated. Well I have same close and minimize buttons like you, and I try many themes and they are all same.

If you install Aero Glass, it should now include a patch for modernframe which gives you the themed buttons.
