One thing I'm noticing is that the Blank font fix doesn't seem to get rid of the titles on the title bars in the new build. Even after several restarts. Anyone else experiencing that? Even choosing Hide Caption Text in ONE isn't working for me...

After I realized that UltraUxThemePatcher causing mmc.exe crash and i keep getting a few BSOD, i had to do a recovery to RS2 and wont upgrade to RS3 until some updates has been made.

The customization of Win10 RS3 begins to smell like TH2....

well i did every thing i needed in the control panel and reinstalled uxtheme patcher and all looks good and system is stable and solid on 16299.19. thing with theme patcher is it seems to need to be installed without the other patchers.

Well, i have a clean install without any other patchers and tested on 2 different machines with same result.
The one of them, is stable but none of them let me use any administration tools (mmc.exe)

an issue and is trying to solve it and also has some temporary fixes

I'll just wait until the UxThemeSignatureBypass.exe Mr GRiM posted can be updated to work properly on FCU [I've seen posts of it not working properly so I haven't really bothered with it since upgrading to FCU. I was having those errors with Admin Tools, too, certain ones like Resource Monitor and others, but the fix linked from the German site worked for me also. I'm still having a slight issue with title-bar text, even after installing Blank font, running my registry hack for the font, checking the option in ONE, etc. The title-bar text is gone, but a sliver of black background remains. Puzzling. Didn't have that issue on the previous builds.

Seems to only effect program windows. Installed programs, like Macrium Reflect below:

just updated last night to Fall creators update, everything seems to be the same, still using Theme Signature Bypass, everything on ONE seems to be working fine and haven't had to update any of the theme shellstyle.dll UI files, looks like no theme updates are needed for this build.

still no love even with the .reg files. seems that we are still with the hit or miss on which patcher works. i can live with not getting into the few control panel items, i'm sure i can find 3rd party replacements for the ones i use.
