After a win update, I lost dark explorer (black background/bright fonts). I'm on 10.0.15063 (CBB version)

Little update (I was a bit unclear)
Windows started to revert the theme to the default at logon.
So I don't get anymore black colours and mods which depends on it.
When I change the theme to win10 black I get again the black on explorer, but some programs still stay bright.
How force windows to always use what I want? :P
