Blurred text

I know there's a way to fix the blurred text in this menu but i forget. Anyone else know it? Thanks

Edit: Never mind i just found it. If anyone else wants to know its right here --> Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > Window... change GLOWINTENSITY to a lower number
