Does anyone here know if there's any information regarding the msstyles format itself, which could be used to take advantage of msstyles in an application?

If you are asking if there is software out there that can open and manipulate a .msstyle file, the only one that I am aware of is Windows Style Builder.

I've been using WSB for several years now. I'm asking about how WSB goes about reading and writing msstyles files.
