It's a great looking theme but did you ask Razorsedge for permission to modify and post his original theme? Chrononaut: A Steampunk Fantasy Full System Theme (http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/70352-Chrononaut-A-Steampunk-Fantasy-Full-System-Theme) If not I will have to ask you to remove it.

If you have permission then it's fine but I would still ask that you mention the original theme and the creator in your description, it's always nice to give the original author some credit for their work even if you have modified it and made it your own.

Do you Know if should I update the theme for windows April's update (rs4) or it works for fall update (rs3) the same?

There should be no need to update the theme,rs2 themes seem to be working fine on rs4
