Background Color of Win Explorer and Mouse Hover Highlights -- 2 Questions

I got 2 questions:

1) whats the path to change the background color of win explorer's titlebar?

2) whats the path to change the color of highlights when hovering over files and folders in win explorer?

You cant change the color of either place like your wanting to do. Both place require you to edit the image at that location

the 1st location is-- Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Address > AddressBand > Basic > AddressBand > Background
the 2nd is-- -Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Itemsview > Listview > Listitem > hot to hot selected

you will have to edit the image with a photo editing software like Photoshop or Gimp
Photoshop is paid software but Gimp is free

Also.. when you make a new thread up at he top left is a button you can use to tag members here so they get a notification that you would like them to check out your thread.. it says Tag Users
