It's what it says it is "Complete Guide to Theme Building" .The answers to your question are in it,download it and read it.It's not that complicated!

But I went through the whole guide. Theres nothing there that answers my question. I really dont understand what to look for. I've tried 7 paths there and it doesnt help at all.
