Bugfix for unpatched themeui.dll file for Windows 10 build 1709 16299.248 32bit and 64bit
Working on Windows 10 build 1709 16299.251 32bit and 64bit

1.unzip my file
2.go to c/windows/system32 find and click Take Ownership the file themeui.dll
3.for fast use just copy my themeui.dll file and click replace the original themeui.dll file
4.for backup rename original file themeui.dll to themeui.old.dll and copy my themeui.dll file
5.restart pc or restart explorer
6.enjoy

All this works on RS5 builds also. In the original developer's program he puts blocks on which prohibits installing to new builds until he (probably) tests them. Then he changes the blocks. The actual files stay the same.
