You can most likely use this on RS5. What I always do is install a Windows build which is supported that is real close to the build which is not supported. I install the build in Hyper-V, apply the patch, copy the files to my main drive somewhere (like the desktop,) and then save them to another drive. In this way when I install a new build I just take ownership of the dlls which I need to replace, and I replace them with the patched ones. Mission accomplished!

I appreciate this step when you know how to and if this working, but sorry for this, everyone of us here knows something other things, because here are some developers, visual style builders who support some of the other developer sites because every one of us is trying to help the less experienced people on the site for fast and very easy use, more of us know how to use, create or replace files, but we sharing files for others and my personal goal is to help others and if you can help for other, then you can create new thread here or the tutorial how to,very appreciate this step:Smile:

It is here: http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/79004-3rd-Party-Theme-Enabler-for-Creators-Update-to-RS4-builds?p=331151#post331151 . Perhaps you could change the name of the thread to RS5? But, anyway it does have the updated version of the UltraUX in it, and it does work on build 17604. It installs the classic personalization panel, ONE, and you have the choice of the themepatched files or the UXThemesignature bypass, or you can do both. Lots of stuff. It installs shortcut on desktop, and in control panel! Enjoy, here is a screenshot of Jarvis theme in build 17604.

hey I've tried everything but my uxinit won't patch, does anyone know a fix?

Winver
1709 build 16299.248

It says on ultrauxpatcher:
Setting System Restore point...

Patched Status of themeui.dll: already patched, nothing to do.
" uxinit.dll: Create backup and try to patch! "
- Backup completed!
- File patched!

You have to reboot your system to make the changes available!

When I open the ultrauxpatch again it says that it's not patched!
is there a fix or a way to patch it manually?

Thx
Clear

yes you can fix this manually only just add take ownership to context menu then go to c/windows/system32 find uxinit.dll and click take ownership before using ultrauxtheme patcher
rerun and install ultrauxtheme patcher
restart pc done

My program does all this automatically. Just choose the option to use the patched files. Done in less than a second. Reboot. Works.
